Loop co-founders go head to head

Following our coverage from earlier this week about Loop Insurance being liquidated, we obtained two emails sent this morning to independent agents by Loop co-founders and co-CEOs Carey Anne Nadeau and John Henry.

The first email was sent by Carey with the subject of “An Update from LOOP.” Unlike the email from earlier this week which was signed with just her name, this time Carey signs as the CEO of LOOP Insurance Services Co – a different entity than the one being liquidated – Loop Mobility, Inc. According to company data, LOOP Insurance Services Co. was incorporated in Delaware on 10.20.2025.

The second email was sent by John with the subject of “Important Update on the Company’s Receivership Status.” According to the email, Carey and John have submitted competing bids to acquire the company, which remains in receivership. Based on company data, another entity was incorporated in Delaware on 12.9.2025 with the Loop name – Loop Insurance Management Company.
