Lokky launches equity crowdfunding campaign

Italian business insurance provider Lokky launched an equity crowdfunding campaign that reached a share of close to €650,000 raised from 46 investors.

The agency is targeting €2.2 million and will keep the campaign going until September 26, 2022.

Currently Lokky has partnerships with various companies in the Italian market, including Vittoria Assicurazioni, Sara Assicurazioni and Tokio Marine (Asia) .

“Our clientele is made up of over 6 million micro and small businesses, professionals and freelancers. These customers already subscribe insurance products for their business activities for about 5 billion in premiums, all sold through traditional channels. There is therefore a very high potential to satisfy the part of customers who are already asking for a digital experience and to attract new professionals and companies, which until now have been discovered also because they are difficult to manage by traditional players.
