Lockton expands claims capabilities across MENA

Lockton has launched a new Claims Consultancy Services (CCS) practice across the Middle East and North Africa, expanding its regional claims capabilities. The new unit offers end-to-end claims support through advocacy, preparation, and insights, serving both Lockton clients and the broader policyholder market.

Mayank Bhujwala, who brings over 20 years of insurance and risk advisory experience, will lead the Claims Preparation function alongside Hassan El Husseini, Senior Vice President and Regional Head of Claims. The CCS team will focus on complex sectors including energy, renewables, power, infrastructure, and commercial property as Lockton strengthens its independent, client-focused presence across the region.
