Lockton expands Asia People Solutions team with two senior hires

Lockton has appointed Subhash Chandra as Head of Life & Health Reinsurance – People Solutions, Asia, and Julian Park as Head of People Solutions, South Korea, as it expands its People Solutions capabilities across the region.

Based in Singapore, Chandra will lead the development of Lockton’s life and health reinsurance offering in Asia, working with insurers on advisory services, facultative placements, and reinsurance structures. He brings more than 18 years of experience and previously held senior roles at Munich Re, Aon Reinsurance Solutions, and Pacific Life Re.

In Seoul, Park will establish and lead Lockton’s People Solutions business in South Korea, delivering workforce, health, and risk-related services and advising clients on HR and talent strategy. He previously served as Head of Health Solutions at Aon Korea and held senior HR roles at Marsh, Aon, and Oracle.

The hires are part of Lockton’s broader effort to strengthen its People Solutions platform across Asia.
