Lincoln International to acquire MarshBerry

Lincoln International, an investment banking advisory firm specializing in private capital markets, announced its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire MarshBerry, an advisory firm that has been serving the insurance brokerage, insurance distribution, and wealth management sectors for over 40 years.

This acquisition will strengthen Lincoln’s capabilities within the Financial Services sector and solidify its position as the premier advisor for private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and independent owners navigating the “rapidly consolidating insurance and wealth management landscape.”

MarshBerry will bring a robust suite of specialized services, including investment banking, consulting and growth advisory, market intelligence, agency network access, and executive peer-exchange.
