Liberty Mutual backs conversational AI provider Hyro
Hyro , a GPT-enabled conversational AI provider for healthcare, closed a $20 million Series B funding round led by Macquarie Capital with participation from Liberty Mutual Strategic Ventures and others. The company has so far raised $35 million.
Hyro, a call center for providers that enables automated discussions with their patients via conversational AI, was founded in 2018 and has a team of about 80 employees. Additionally, the business offers real-time analytics that incorporate intel from patient interactions.
Clients include Baptist Health and Panda Health.
