Liberty Mutual appoints Shaun Guinan as general manager, major accounts property, GRS

Liberty Mutual  has appointed Shaun Guinan General Manager, Major Accounts Property, Global Risk Solutions (GRS), North America, effective immediately. His responsibilities include setting Liberty Mutual strategy and underwriting guidelines to address the changing and growing primary property challenges facing large, global businesses.

Based in Philadelphia, Guinan will lead the underwriting and property risk engineering teams across North America in providing innovative single carrier property insurance solutions for large commercial customers. Guinan will report to GRS President, Major Accounts, Mike Fallon. He will work alongside Liberty Mutual’s team of specialty, shared and layered, marine and equipment breakdown property specialists to provide comprehensive solutions to the complex property needs of companies across North America.

Guinan joined Liberty Mutual in 2020 to lead GRS’ Northeast property division after holding various leadership roles at Travelers. He is a graduate of Penn State University.
