Kitchen United raises $100 million

Kitchen United, which provides solutions for off-premises dining, has raised $100 million in Series C funding from several investors including Alimentation Couche-Tard / Circle K, The Kroger Co., Restaurant Brands International, B. Riley Venture Capital, Simon, Phillips Edison & Co, The HAVI Group, GV, Fidelity Investments Canada ULC, RXR, DivcoWest, Cali Group, GoldenArc Capital, General Global Capital, and Rich Product Corporation. In addition, Kitchen United founders, Harry Tsao and John Miller, Kitchen United CEO, Michael Montagano, and Peyton Manning, made significant investments in the round. On completion of this round, the company’s total raise to date reaches approximately $175 million.

Founded in 2017, Kitchen United provides technology and logistics solutions that enable food operators to tap into the growing off-premises dining market. The company has approximately 200 operational kitchens across 20 regions and one of the features include the ability to order from multiple prepared food and consumer goods brands on the same ticket and with the same delivery driver.
