Kingsway appoints Rob Humble as CEO of PWI and Penn Warranty

Kingsway Financial Services  has named Rob Humble as President and CEO of its dealer-focused auto warranty businesses, Preferred Warranties, Inc. (PWI) and Penn Warranty Corporation. Humble will lead both entities under Kingsway’s Extended Warranty segment, effective immediately.

Previously part of the Search Xcelerator program, Humble brings deep experience in the warranty space. Kingsway CEO JT Fitzgerald noted that Humble’s leadership is expected to drive the next phase of growth and innovation. His appointment follows the departure of Brian Cosgrove, who led the businesses for the past five years.
