Keystone Agency Partners acquires Myers, Benner Corporation

Keystone Agency Partners has acquired Myers, Benner Corporation, an Allentown, Pennsylvania-based insurance agency.

Founded in 1929, Myers, Benner specializes in serving towing operations, garages, truck dealerships, and school districts. This acquisition strengthens KAP’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic region and adds to its growing portfolio, marking its 23rd platform partner. Peter Dooley, Myers, Benner’s president, will continue leading the team to ensure smooth operations post-acquisition.
