Ken Bone Builds The Case for Carpe Data
Ken Bone, the man, the sweater, the disappointment, is now featured in an ad for IZOD, aka the company that manufactures his now famous red sweater. Recall: Ken became an internet sensation when he asked “what steps will your energy policy take to meet our energy needs while at the same time remaining environmentally friendly and minimizing job layoffs?” at the second presidential debate earlier this month. But that’s a little beside the point. Turns out that if Carpe Data was to conduct a little social media screening on the guy, it would have revealed he once admitted to committing insurance fraud and called pregnant women “beautiful human submarines”. Well that too is beside the point. So really #RedSweater or #BlueDress?
