Kaufman launches RB Jones Global

H.W. Kaufman Group  is launching RB Jones Global, a new MGA focused on Credit, Energy, and Construction, as part of its broader international expansion.

Ed Kelly, formerly AIG’s Global Head of Credit Lines, will lead the unit starting September 4, while Helen Jones-Bak, previously CFO at Ascot Underwriting, will serve as CFO for Kaufman’s international operations. Both will be based in London and report to Kaufman International CEO Paul Greensmith.

The move consolidates global specialty underwriting under the RB Jones brand, with RB Jones UK and RB Jones Digital now part of RB Jones Global. In North America, RB Jones will continue operating as a standalone unit.
