Kalepa raises $14 million

New York-based Kalepa closed a $14 million Series A funding round from IA Ventures and Inspired Capital Partners.

Founded in 2017, the team of ~10 looks to help commercial insurance underwriters via an AI-powered decision support platform called Copilot. “By analyzing billions of points of structured and unstructured data, Kalepa’s Copilot augments underwriters with insights and recommendations on every risk. Copilot allows each underwriter to perform at the level of the most experienced and effective underwriters and at top efficiency.”
