Looks like Liberty Mutual is the first insurer to use Amazon Alexa to allow consumers to navigate the home and auto insurance process via voice. Bottom Line: coming this fall to a home near you (already available for Safeco, a member of Liberty Mutual).

1. First say, “Alexa, enable the Insurance Advisor skill.”
2. Then say, “Alexa, open Insurance Advisor.”
3. Next, ask Alexa about an insurance term you’d like to know more about.
