Julie Gallagher joins Carbon as head of syndicate management

Carbon Underwriting  has appointed Julie Gallagher as Head of Syndicate Management. She joins from Asta Capital, where she was Head of Client Management. Julie will manage the performance of Carbon’s syndicates, including Syndicate 5757, which is set to begin underwriting in January 2025. Carbon expects to manage £400 million in gross written premiums across its syndicates in the 2025 year of account.
