Chicago-based HealthJoy, a healthcare decision platform that allows consumers to better understand their insurance, save on prescriptions, find a doctor, and schedule appointments, expanded its AI-driven app to support companies. Recall: back in April the company announced it has raised $3 million in seed funding from GoHealth and other investors. Speaking of GoHealth, the health insurance tech and services platform, announced the acquisition of Connected Benefits, a provider of employee benefits management software and group health insurance solutions.
