Jenny Life files Form D with the SEC

Seattle, WA-based Jenny Life  filed its Form D with the SEC in connection to an equity round totaling $3.5 million. Established in 2017, Jenny Life acts as an insurance agency to provide term life insurance starting at $7 a month. It has appointments with CUNA Mutual and Assurity. Finally, Jenny Life is a portfolio company of CMFG Ventures, the venture capital arm of CUNA Mutual Group.
