iRewardHealth Is Keeping It Simple
Meet iRewardHealth :
The Boston-based team of 9, according to LinkedIn, offers an employee engagement tool to allow employers to create wellness programs for the price of $1 per user per month. Employers enter an employee’s email address in a mobile software application, later the employee activates his/her account and starts tracking activity for the goal of earning points that can later be redeemed for rewards. “We are currently working with sponsors and academic institutions to provide cash rewards and academic extra credit.”
My employee wellness program just suggested avoiding alcohol and caffeine and I guess I'll have to agree to disagree.

Bottom Line: Did you know that higher-wage employees are more likely to be offered a wellness program at work? And did you also know that people with higher incomes tend to be healthier?
