Introducing Smart Auto

Generali Brazil, in partnership with telecom company Vivo, has launched ‘Smart Auto‘, a mobile telematics insurance program powered by the MyDrive Solutions .

The flexible and personalized monthly insurance proposition detects the policyholder’s driving style through an app, generating a discount based on how safely they drive, with safe drivers enjoying discounts of up to 30%. The app also supports its users with driver feedback and safe driving tips.

Utilizing the MyDrive Software Development Kit, Generali Brazil and Vivo customers are able to analyze and score their trips using the smartphone app. The customer will be offered a discounted price for their insurance policy based on their driving style.
