Renewal Signals  is a tool for commercial insurance brokers that sends early warnings when a client or prospect may be heading into operational or financial trouble. The platform monitors public data—such as WARN notices, OSHA actions, lawsuits, layoffs, regulatory updates, and local news—and connects those events to specific companies. When the patterns suggest rising risk, brokers get a short alert by email, Slack, WhatsApp, or SMS.

The idea is to give producers a clear signal about which accounts need attention before renewal issues appear. Agencies can start with a small watchlist, and alerts become more accurate over time as the system learns from the agency’s book.

The Austin-based company says its service works best for agencies with 10 to 200 producers that want earlier renewal awareness without adding new workflows.
