The insurance works as a complement to the basic benefits you receive from e.g. unemployment insurance fund, income insurance, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.”

The company offers 4 types of unemployment coverages: Shelter, Ring Surf Ring, Never Stop Scrolling and Quality of life. Customers must be at least 18 years old and no older than 64 years old to apply and coverage is underwritten by Maiden Life & General .

Specifically, Shelter helps with rent and utility payments. The cost starts at $34/mo for $580/mo in coverage for up to 12 months. Ring Surf Ring covers mobile costs and starts at $3/mo for $58/mo in coverage for up to 12 months. Never Stop Scrolling is for car-related costs such as gas, new tires, or paying for leasing and starts at $22/mo for $347/mo in coverage for up to 12 months. Quality of life covers clothes, food, and “treats” and starts at $58/mo for $926/mo in coverage for up to 12 months. Customers must have insurance 180 days before they receive information about dismissal and at least 30 days in the event of sick leave.
