LifeMiles , an airline driven loyalty program in Latin America, announced a partnership with novae to offer its customers access to travel protection program Miles Care

The program offers protection against trip cancellation and interruption, delayed flights, missed international connections and lost or delayed luggage; to name a few.

Additionally, LifeMiles users can access “alle”, a “hum/bot powered by artificial intelligence.”
