Introducing Aviva Fusion

Aviva   has introduced Aviva Fusion, a new digital platform that replaces AGPOL and brings quoting, renewals, and policy management into a single online experience for SME group protection.

Built from adviser feedback, Fusion streamlines the new-business process for schemes with 3 to 250 lives, offering real-time quotes, cleaner data uploads, and automatic Companies House checks. Navigation is simplified, and advisers can access all existing online journeys from the same place.

Beyond quoting, Fusion supports renewals and full policy lifecycle management. Advisers can self-serve renewals, download scheme history reports for any size case, and initiate renewals or rate reviews online. Existing AGPOL users can log in with the same credentials; new users can register through Aviva’s adviser site.

Aviva positions Fusion as a faster, clearer way to handle SME group protection—from the first quote through ongoing support.
