Introducing Austria’s fastest policy

DONAU Versicherung , part of Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) , has recently introduced a new home insurance process claiming to offer Austria’s fastest policy – dubbed WohnenNext or LivingNext. The solution was implemented with Accenture Interactive.

Customers are presented with three different contents options and 4 optional packages (liability insurance for dog-owners, insurance for bikes and other sporting equipment, electronics package, and/or locksmith assistance).
