Inszone acquires LIA Texas

Inszone Insurance has acquired LIA Texas, LLC, also known as Lyon’s Insurance Agency, a Dallas-based provider of commercial and personal insurance. This acquisition strengthens Inszone’s footprint in Texas, enhancing its ability to deliver personalized service and diverse insurance solutions across the region.

Founded in 1984 by Bobby and Emma Lyons, Lyon’s Insurance Agency has built a nearly 40-year legacy of providing tailored insurance solutions, specializing in artisan contractors and surety bonds. The acquisition allows Inszone to bring additional resources and a wider range of carriers to Lyon’s clients while maintaining the personalized service the agency is known for.
