INSURICA acquires First Light Program Managers
INSURICA has acquired Florida-based First Light Program Managers , effective January 1, 2026.
Founded in 2007 by the late Anthony L. Johnson, First Light is a national wholesale insurance provider focused on the transportation sector, with an emphasis on trucking and marine. The firm operates both a traditional wholesale brokerage and a delegated underwriting program.
More than 100 First Light employees, primarily in Florida and North Carolina, will join INSURICA.
