1. Liberty Mutual

Move-in Date: End of 2017

By the end of the year, the Boston-based insurer plans to open the doors of its $325 million, 1.1 million-square-foot regional hub in Plano’s Legacy West because  Plano “is a real hot spot in North America for attracting talent”.

2. CNA

Move-in Date: Summer of 2018

CNA is planning to move its headquarters to a new 35-story building at 151 N. Franklin, Chicago.

3. Argo Group

Move-in Date: Q3 of 2017

Argo Group has inked a 48,000-square-foot deal at 413 West 14th Street, NYC to relocate and expand its offices.
