Insurer integrates emergency response system into its app
Israeli insurer Ayalon Insurance integrated next-gen 911 system Carbyne into its systems to allow its representatives to video call customers who recently suffered an incident to immediately offer support and review damage.
When a policyholder calls to report an incident, the insurance representative may provide a connection to a live video chat via text or WhatsApp, if appropriate. As a result, the insurer has access to the video and images that document the incident and the vehicle’s condition.
Founded in 2014 and a team of 100 plus, Carbyne operates in the space of emergency collaboration technology. Earlier this year, it secured a $25 million Series B financing round, bringing its total funding to $50 million.
