Inspectform brings property data searches to ChatGPT

Inspectform , a property analytics startup backed by BrokerTech Ventures, has introduced a ChatGPT app that helps insurance professionals find property information for applications and Statements of Values (SOVs).

Users can connect their Inspectform accounts and search U.S. addresses for property updates, including available permit histories for roofs, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The app provides source-linked findings related to construction, occupancy, protection, and exposure (COPE).

The tool is designed to surface decades of property records that can be difficult to locate. Coverage and data freshness vary by property and source. Searches require approved access and use an organization’s existing Inspectform credits.

Inspectform, which also provides AI-powered roof condition reports for insurers, received $50,000 in seed funding from BrokerTech Ventures  in March 2026.
