Insly promotes Hammad Mirza to CMO, as it doubles down on growth
Insly, the low-code software provider to the insurance industry, has promoted Hammad Mirza to Chief Marketing Officer.
Immediate new hires will include a Go-To-Market Lead for Insly’s new AI product, FormFlow, and a Go-To-Market Engineer for the wider business.
Mirza joined Insly in 2021 as Global Head of Growth and Marketing and, in his four years in the role, has scaled the company’s go-to-market function and refined its positioning. He also led the launch of Insly Claims, FormFlow, and evolved the brand identity via the new website launched last year.
As a result, the business has seen significant growth across all marketing channels. In 2024, inbound marketing efforts contributed to 73% of new ARR, demonstrating the effectiveness of Insly’s demand generation and go-to-market strategies. Insly has also strengthened its presence in key markets, including the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and Europe, positioning it for further international growth.
“This step isn’t just about my role—it’s about Insly’s commitment to growth. We’re entering a critical stage where we’re scaling fast, refining our approach, and focusing on what will drive real impact,” says Mirza. “Building the team ensures we can move faster and smarter in how we reach and serve our customers. At the same time, we continue to focus on global brand awareness, lead generation, and making it easier for MGAs and insurers to see the value Insly can bring to their businesses.”
“Hammad has been pivotal to Insly’s growth, helping us build clear positioning in the market, differentiating our offering amongst MGAs and insurers, ensuring our strategy keeps pace with an increasingly competitive industry,” says Risto Rossar, Founder & CEO, Insly. “Now, as CMO, I’m confident he can continue to work his magic, as we enter the next phase of our growth journey.”
