Inshurik raises $840,000

Life insurance technology startup Inshurik has raised $840,000 through a debt offering, according to an SEC filing.

The Delaware company is seeking to raise up to $2 million and has $1.16 million remaining. Eight investors participated in the offering, including one non-accredited investor, with a minimum investment of $25,000. The first sale occurred on July 15.

Founded in 2025 and based in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Inshurik reported annual revenue of between $1 and $1 million. Alexandr Dudarev is listed as an executive officer and director, while Gautham Peddibhotla is listed as a director.

Inshurik offers an AI platform for life insurers focused on improving policy retention, identifying cross-selling opportunities and optimizing reserves. Its technology analyzes policyholder data to predict lapses and supports automated customer engagement across voice, email, text and other channels.
