Innoveo Expands Solutions and Engineering Team, Adds Two Senior Hires
No-code platform leader taps respected senior technology experts to lead solutions and industry accelerators
Princeton, NJ, June 14, 2022 – Innoveo, a global technology firm and a pioneer in no-code platform-as-a-service, today announced the appointment of Thiru Sivasubramanian as its new Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) and Joji Varghese as Head of Engineering. The new positions will bolster the development of Innoveo’s industry solutions and accelerators.
As CSO, Thiru will report directly to CEO Vinod Kachroo and be responsible for designing solutions to address marketplace challenges and opportunities including skills shortages, legacy complexity, outdated manual processes, embedded insurance, speed to market, and delivering more with less. He will work closely with the engineering and sales teams to amplify Innoveo’s vision, drive the platform’s go-to-market approach, and evangelize the adoption of no-code in the company’s verticals of focus.
As Head of Engineering, Joji will report directly to Chief Product Officer Suren Karavettil and work as a part of the product and engineering team. He will act as a member of the Innoveo leadership team to help scale the product and engineering organizations to meet Innoveo’s growth needs. “As Innoveo gains market traction globally, the addition of Thiru and Joji to our leadership team will be essential to rapidly engage and showcase how Innoveo’s no-code platform can simplify and automate workflows for enterprises,” said Kachroo. “We are building upon a solid foundation, and they strengthen our ability to successfully scale, sharpen, and develop solutions across industries.”
Thiru is a digital strategist and evangelist with 25 years of experience driving transformation across insurance, telecom, and financial services at technology companies like Salesforce, Tata Consultancy Services, and SE2. Most recently, he led the global insurance practice for Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI). Prior to that, he led solutions, pre-sales, and digital incubation teams at SE2 to drive growth and deliver innovative solutions in the life insurance and annuity sector.
Joji has over 20 years of experience, having held leadership roles across technology, systems integration, operation and delivery profiles. Previously, he was Vice President of Technology and Operations divisions for OnMobile Global Limited, a global leader in mobile entertainment, where he was responsible for designing and implementing solutions for global telecommunication service providers.
