Infinity Loop raises $5 million

Infinity Loop , a New York-based AI contract intelligence platform, raised $5 million in a seed round led by Glasswing Ventures and TIAA Ventures, with participation from Plug and Play, Restive Ventures, and angel investors.

Founded by Nithin Mummaneni and Kevin Liang, the company helps enterprises analyze vendor contracts, identify weak terms, and recommend negotiation strategies, reporting annual savings of at least 12% for all customers, including $19.5 million saved by one client in five months.

The funding will support go-to-market expansion, with clients in financial services, consumer packaged goods, and pharmaceuticals.
