Income’s Motor Mobile Strategy is Powered by Claim Di
Singapore-based Income announced the launch of a mobile app for its auto insurance policyholders. The app allows users to file a claim and provides 24/7 access to the insurer’s accident response team. To log a claim from the accident scene, a user is first asked to verify the date, time and location of the accident. Then the user is asked to submit a series of photos of the vehicle, its surroundings, and the damaged parts. Later, the user will be able to add any missing intel such as driver details, contact information and more. Note: the app isn’t meant to report incidents with injuries, as these require a police report and a face-to-face claim filing. Bottom Line: powered by Bangkok-based Claim Di, a subsidiary of Anywhere 2 Go that specializes in mobile-first solutions that enhance the claims process.
