ICBC launches unified “My ICBC” digital portal
Canadian insurer ICBC has launched “My ICBC,” a new digital portal that brings together driver licensing, insurance, claims, and account services under a single sign-on experience. The platform consolidates more than 20 services into one interface, allowing customers to manage policies, renew coverage, report claims, and access licensing tools without navigating multiple systems.
The launch reflects ICBC’s broader push toward a more streamlined, digital-first model, with a focus on simplifying how customers interact with its services online.
