Meet LiGo, the chatbot launched by ICICI Prudential Life to deal with customer queries:

 

 

 

 

Fun Fact: the chatbot has received 680,000 customer queries in one month and replied to them with 98% accuracy. Now ICICI Prudential Life is eyeing blockchain. “We have done several things on the digital front to make it simpler and easier for customers. The next big thing we propose to do is with blockchain. We are working on that for claim settlement.” – Deputy Managing Director at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Puneet Nanda. Turns out, the life insurer is planning to use blockchain technology in claims. Same ICICI Prudential Life, that back in April, has joined a consortium of Indian life insurers and Cognizant to develop a blockchain solution to facilitate cross-company data-sharing.
