hx expands partnership with Aviva

Hyperexponential (hx) has expanded its strategic partnership with Aviva , with the insurer adopting the full hx platform suite to advance its AI-powered underwriting and pricing transformation across Global Corporate & Specialty.

Following a pilot of hx’s Actuarial Agent and Ingestion Agent, Aviva has rolled out additional capabilities including Triage, Underwriting Agent, and Portfolio Intelligence. The tools will be deployed across Aviva’s rating infrastructure to support commercial underwriters and portfolio managers.

The expanded collaboration is aimed at improving pricing accuracy, streamlining underwriting workflows, and strengthening portfolio optimisation across complex commercial risks. Aviva said the initiative reinforces its position as a leader in London Market pricing innovation while enhancing outcomes for brokers and clients.

Aviva currently has 23 models live on the hx platform across lines such as corporate property, cyber, and marine cargo, and was the first insurer to directly integrate hx with Touchstone.
