Hub International acquires Byrnes Agency

HUB International  has acquired Byrnes Agency, a Dayville and Norwich-based insurance agency known for serving individuals and businesses in Eastern Connecticut.

Byrnes Agency, one of the region’s largest privately-owned agencies, will now operate as Byrnes Agency, a Hub International company, under Hub New England.

The acquisition enhances Hub’s local presence while leveraging its national capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
