HR Path acquires Mexico-based TEC360 People

HR Path , a France-based provider of HR consulting and HRIS solutions, announced the acquisition of TEC360 People, a Mexican company specializing in HR technology and talent solutions.

Founded in 2014 as part of TEC360 Group, TEC360 People focuses on licensing and implementation services, with expertise in Cornerstone and SAP Incentive Management solutions.

The acquisition expands HR Path’s presence in Latin America following its 2024 acquisition of PayHuman in Mexico. HR Path operates in 29 countries with more than 2,600 employees.
