Hiscox appoints Mike Maletsky as VP, Practice Leader – Technology E&O and Cyber

Hiscox announced the appointment of Mike Maletsky to VP, Practice Leader – Technology E&O and Cyber. Maletsky is based out of Maryland and will report to Paul Spelman, SVP, Underwriting Management of Hiscox USA.

In this role, Maletsky will lead all aspects of Hiscox USA’s Technology E&O and Cyber underwriting. Maletsky brings over 18 years of industry experience to his role, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President, Digital Products at Embroker. Prior to that, Maletsky held product management and learning and development roles with The Hartford and started his career in underwriting with Chubb. Maletsky earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The University of Iowa.
