Highmark expands Well360 portfolio
Beginning July 1, Highmark is expanding its Well360 suite of programs with the Well360 Clarity program for self-funded employer groups. This high-touch, white-glove experience helps navigate employees to the right site of care, proactively guides them to efficient, high-quality providers and engages them in targeted case management.
“We know that a lack of information about the health care system often leads to an over-utilization of services in higher-cost settings,” said Anthony Benevento, market president, Western Region Markets for Highmark. “Well360 Clarity arms employees with powerful information that will help them access care in the most cost-efficient and highest-quality setting.”
Using predictive analytics and smart technology, Highmark is able to proactively identify employees who could benefit from care navigation support, Benevento said.
The Well360 Clarity team not only supports employees with finding the most efficient and quality providers but can also assist in scheduling appointments and transferring medical records. Highmark’s case managers also support employees with care coordination, complex condition management, and connecting to additional resources such as wellness, behavioral health, and pharmacists.
“The bottom line is that Well360 Clarity is an excellent tool for employers to better manage health care costs, especially in these uncertain times,” said Benevento. “Well360 Clarity utilizes a proactive approach and gets employees more engaged in their health and wellness for better health outcomes.
