Hexure launches digital NIGO resubmission workflow

Hexure has introduced NIGO Resubmission, a fully digital workflow designed to help insurers resolve Not-In-Good-Order (NIGO) applications across life, annuity, and other insurance products.

The new capability, available within Hexure’s FireLight platform, replaces manual correction processes with an end-to-end digital workflow that allows carriers to identify issues, unlock only the fields that require updates, request missing information, and provide advisors with clear guidance. The solution includes real-time status tracking, audit trails, field-level validation, and operational integration, with the goal of reducing processing delays and improving In-Good-Order rates.
