Here we go again: Zenefits and Missouri settle

In what appears to be the never-ending saga of ‘Zenefits Settles’, we now bring you Missouri. The Missouri Department of Insurance, Financial Institutions and Professional Registration (DIFP) reported that Zenefits, has agreed to pay a penalty of $62,000 for violations of Missouri law; following Arizona ($15K), California ($7M), Delaware, Idaho, Minnesota, New Jersey ($100K), South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas ($550K), Virginia, and Washington ($100K).
