Helvetia Venture Fund invests in PropTech Immoledo

Helvetia Venture Fund has invested in Immoledo, a Swiss startup established in 2018 to operate in the space of property valuation.

The company’s value proposition is its ability to assess a building’s condition – construction, time for upgrades and estimated investments necessary to keep the building in good shape.

The analysis of individual properties can be reconciled with centrally recorded comparative values – allowing to continuously assess and monitor an entire real estate portfolio.

“We see great potential in Immoledo and are looking to simplify the condition analysis of our properties.
