HelmGuard raises $7.3 million
AI-powered security and compliance platform HelmGuard AI has raised $7.3 million in seed funding. The round was co-led by Infinity Ventures and Frontline, with participation from FinTech Collective, Stage 2 Capital and Entrepreneurs First.

HelmGuard uses AI agents to collect and assess risk information from source systems, automate third-party risk reviews and monitor the behavior of other AI agents. The platform serves companies in financial services, insurance, healthcare and industrial sectors.
The company will use the funding to expand in the US, hire across engineering and go-to-market roles, and develop its AI-agent assurance and Verified Risk Network products. HelmGuard has offices in London, New York and San Francisco and was co-founded by former Palantir executive John Daley.
