Dallas-based healthcare startup PediaQ has raised $4.5 million to expand its footprint and services (think: video consultation) within its mobile app, which brings its total funding to date to $6.65 million. The startup’s ultimate goal is to serve as a white label on-demand platform for healthcare systems. In the meantime, it has secured a partnership with BlueCross BlueShield, United Health, and Aetna to become an in-network service provider. Not too shabby for a startup that launched in September 2015.
