HCIactive launches Predictive Administrative Intelligence framework

HCIactive is rolling out Predictive Administrative Intelligence (PAI), an AI-driven framework designed to help carriers, TPAs, employers, and brokers identify administrative issues before they surface. The new system builds on HCIactive’s existing AI platforms by adding predictive capabilities across eligibility, claims behavior, remittance, commissions, and member experience.
