Haven Life no longer accepting applications

In an email to consumers, Haven Life announced today that it is no longer accepting new life insurance applications. “It’s been our pleasure to serve you and to bring financial peace of mind to you and your loved ones for the last 8+ years,” Haven Life shared in the update.

In the coming months, all Haven Life accounts will be transitioned to MassMutual, according to the update.

Last month, we were the first to report that MassMutual decided to end Haven Life’s journey. The company has faced challenges similar to much of the direct-to-consumer life insurance industry, including lack of widespread customer adoption and high costs associated with customer acquisition.
