Haven Life introduces InstantTerm

NYC-based term life insurance provider Haven Life announced the launch of InstantTerm, aka the ‘no-exam-buy-term-life-insurance-online’ process for selected individuals purchasing up to $1 million in coverage. And before you think ‘this is not new’, hold up, they don’t have it like Life has it:

– MetLife offers what they consider ‘Simplified Issue Term Life Insurance’, aka no medical exam for coverage amounts below $100,000 and promises a decision in as little as 24 hours

– AIG Direct offers term life insurance sans medical exam but warns “you may end up paying a higher premium than necessary”

– New York Life offers Simplified Term Life for coverage amounts below $150,000 with no guarantee you can get a quote online
