Hatcher Insurance joins Unison Risk Advisors

Unison Risk Advisors has added Orlando-based Hatcher Insurance as its sixth platform company and 25th transaction since launching in 2020.

Founded nearly 80 years ago and acquired in 2020 by Billy Palmer, Bryan Robertson, and Cory Broadaway, Hatcher offers property and casualty, surety, employee benefits, and personal insurance. The firm will continue to operate under its name as part of URA’s employee-owned model.

The move strengthens URA’s Florida presence alongside NSI Insurance Group, which joined in 2023. URA now includes more than 1,200 employees across 25+ locations, maintaining local autonomy while offering expanded capabilities across its network.
